I haven't received enough chips to create a large scan so I used an older scan to play with my new image editor.
Isn't this a cool token? Looks like an enamel coating on the front. I'm not nto tokens, except for Golden Nugget, but this one is so nice looking I could not resist, especially considering how much I paid for it. These were going for $50 at the convention in 2003, I can see why. Palms chips and tokens are in high demand because of their quality and themes.
The $10 token is even more colorful as you can see. Yep I got that one for a great price too. No way would something this nice ever see a slot machine. As nice as the $10 token is, the Silver Strikes take it up a notch. You can buy the tokens, but you must win the Silver Strikes. They are the payouts for a winning spin and they can be cashed in at the cage. There is usually a line for the Strike machines or you make a reservation for a particular time slot. Isn't that crazy?
