Ya never can know too much

I ran across this link while checking the Chipboard this morning. Lots of books, info, gambling tips, games,...etc.

I like the history section, looks like a few bargains to be had.

Pretty cool if you're into Vegas or want to waste your time ( and eventually your money) on a "system".

So many chips, so few $$$

Wow.

eBay has a virtual buffet of $100 chips up right now. For a nice change, they are not all Dunes chips either. Lots of sweeties running anywhere from $10 to over $2500!

Alas...all I can do is watch and drool.

Picking up a dozen or so would go a long way toward filling up the Dansco binder I have for all my "Blacks", not that they are all black, most of them are.

Perhaps I'll lucky though...I've "stolen" chips before on eBay.

We'll just have to see.

Thank you Cards

Heh heh, just a little play on words here.

BTW...WTB a keyboard that's not a piece of garbage...ya figure $70 would get you a decent keyboard...but NO!!

Anyway...Thanks to the CARDS...for laying a 2nd half whipping on the Mildcats in Corrupt Arena no less.

I watched the first half and even though we let them back into the game by halftime, I knew they wouldn't be able to keep up.

The only problem is that I didn't get to watch the 2nd half as we needed to go to Conor's marching band banquet. I was not allowed to even listen to game along the way!! I did not get to hear the first 10 minutes of the 2nd half when the beat down took place. Ah well...victory none the less. Nice way to avenge the football team who GAVE their game to the cats...don't get me started on the football team again.

And to the Courier Journal..the Louisville newspaper that is fit only to line birdcages. Who in Hell made the decision to run that picture on the Sports page?? If I were an Admin at U of L, I would calling for someone's head. Since Gannet took over, the paper hasn't been worth printing. It wasn't a steady decline either...it was overnight. The only good things about the Bush-bashing, Cardinal hating CJ, are the coupons on Sunday. What's funny is that I have several customers who will buy the Sunday paper for the coupons, only to leave that rag for someone else to read...HAHAHAHAHAHA...that should tell you something about it.

Oh well...enough ranting...I'm looking for Christmas ornament storage boxes and Hallmark ornies for uber low prices...I have a few series to fill out.

I watched...nothing happened.

That sweet little $1 Christmas Tree came and went with no bids. Hopefully it will show up again with a much lower opening bid.

I'm watching

There is a $1 Christmas Tree Reno on eBay right now. I had one of those a few years ago but had to sell it. A tough but needed decision at the time. Only 4-7 of them are known to exist.

Actually, 2 of them are up for grabs...Doug Saito has a ChipChat auction taking place that also includes one of these little beauties.

One of my short term collecting goals was to replace the one I had. While my collecting efforts are leaning toward $100 chips, this black, small key clay masterpiece is certainly worthy of notice. However, the current eBay auction is in no danger of being won by me, as the opening bid is way too much for me to consider...well...ok, maybe I'll consider it, about the same way I would consider hot pokers to my eyes.
